How to Fix Print Spooler issue
Just copy the below script save has batch file execute Run as.. Administrator
net stop spooler
del /S /Q c:\windows\system32\Spool\Printers\*
net start spooler
start iexplore techreno.blogspot.com
save as filename.bat
